Guess who has accessories, clothing and lingerie out in the Fashion Market....Cosmopolitan! Like the magazine u say? Yes like the magazine and their items are exclusively at JC PENNY'S. Now I was in JC Penny the other day and I saw their names on a couple handbags but I didn't take it seriously until I saw it mentioned in their October 2012 magazine.
