LadiesThis year is going by quickly don't you think? I just finished reviewing the Spring collection ideas with you all but it's already the end of May which signals the beginning of Summer! I could tell you from my side here in Florida is now 89 to 92 degrees on some days which = HOTT, WARM, MUGGY. Other places may still be coming out of the 48-52 degree weather and maybe these highlights can mentally prep you for summer.
BIG RED
Spring says colours but nothing says Summer like a bright red nail polish. According to Cosmo, guys (45%) prefered Red rather than hot pink (25%), blue (17%), coral (11%) or yellow(2%). Now this doesn't mean you dont polish-up for yourself but it also gives you an idea of what gives off a serious allure. So invest in OPI-Big Hair Big Nail or Big Red or dust off your red stash you had from last year. If your nail polish from last year isnt flowy and it is thick with a long sting when you raise the brush...ditch it and get a new 1.
CROP IT
I'm surely not talking about plants here. But warm weather calls for less clothing- literally. Cousin to the Bralette, cropped tops are either in tshirts and fancy tops. Now I'll be bias to say if you know you do not have a flat stomach or have a muffin top mi- section, then a cropped top mayn't be for you. Try a flowy top or the next idea below that will mask any tummy worries of yours.
RUFFLE ME THIS- ruffle me that
Self explanatory....it's just a super cute way to add spice to simple jeans, skirts or shorts. It simple adds vibrancy to your outfit and this is a great way to hide any tummy bummies you may have or think you have. Also if you have large boobs, this helps minimize your boobiness ( that's if you want to tame the twins a bit).
SUNNY-SUNNY-SUN-DRESS
Smile a while and give your jeans a rest....nuff said- either pull out your sleeping dresses from last year or look for the cute ones on sale. Make a statement with them!!!

Try this on your lids...YELLOW EYELINER and let mek now how it works. I do suggest that for dark skin girls unless you know you have yellow skin undertones, I ask that you let a make-up artist try this out on you to see if it blends with your skin!!!
So this is a just a sneak of more Summery things to come. Try them out or see what your closet has to offer. Remember styles always come back around (like who would have thought that MC Hammer pants would ever be a style again?..lmbo)...As always, be creative & THIS IS FASHIONISTA NEWZ!
