I think I'm biased becuz I didn't care for Mariah Carey's sand impression collection but I'm sure into Gwen's edition in OPI...the colours are fab!

ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK
This is self explanatory. All fashion gurus are letting us know that to transition from the winter dark colours add a pop of colour to your ensemble...and that my dearies is L'orange!

The reviews on this is that it's DA BOMB..Sooo I'll try it becuz I got some favorites and it sounds like it close to the Loreal one I already have. So I'll check it out!

Fashionista Newz review of 2014 Golden Globe dresses

So normally when award shows are taking place, I'm usually busy and not able to view in its entirety. Well this year, I had a chance to view the Golden Globe Awards show 2014 and boy I got some things to say. Now, these are my opinions and everybody has different tastes... but I'm a creative person and I love either out of this world different or traditional with contemporary styles. Some styles really captured by eyes, thoughts and heart while others were like..errrr what is this and why???

So through my eyes....

STUNNING, GORGEOUS, JUST PLAIN HAWT!

CATE BLANCHETT- ARMANI
The design is so similar to my love, Zuhair Murad but I was fooled. This was so pleasing to the eyes and I love the risky business in the low cut back. she wore and sacheted in it as if it were diamonds she was wearing! This was no. 1 in my books!

KATE BECKINSALE- ZUHAIR MURAD!!!!!!!!

Ofcourse anything designed and created by Zuhair is my best and no. 1 choice but I really had to give it to Armani. Kate still wore Zuhair's gun metal  mermaid tail piece with such sass, it was another stunning gorg look!

JULIANNA MARGULIES- ANDREW GN
This is a traditional ball gown-like dress but the seamless flow looks so awesome on her.

MILA KUNIS- GUCCI
I love this piece with the right bit of sparkle and it truly fit graciously with her slim body type. I had no prob with the colour; it was just the cutest thing ever!

AMANDA KERR
All I gotta ssay is..she NAILED IT! This is 1 hawttt dress...I'll rock it if I had a svelte body as such!

LUPITA NYONG'O- RALPH LAUREN
This was a simple monochrome colour of red that went well with her complexion and looked so flawless.

MARGO ROBBIE- GUCCI
Another simple, flowing cut and I love this becuz even though it's a deep v-neck, there are no boobs sagging around like the poor taste in dress worn by Meagan Goode. Margo wore this with class and much taste and I'll wear this as s!

LADY VICTORIA- GAURAV GUPTA
Granted this design was too much exposure for the Golden Globes.I love the design. Maybe this should have been worn for the MTV awards where the atmosphere isn't soclassy but this electic style by Indian fashion designer really caught my eyes as another HAWT NUMBER! I'll wear it Gupta!!!

THE..AWWWW...BABY BUMP EDITION

These gals are obviously expecting and showed it with amazing pieces from Gucci (worn by Olivia Wilde), Balenciaga (Kerry Washington) and Monique Lhuillier (Drew Barrymore).

Then u have the..WHA THE HECK IS THAT??
I didn't post everyone on here but these dresses made no sense to me...like I expected better especially from Sandra Bullock and Emma Watson who thought tights would be somewhat classy???

There were many others I just didnt bother to mention becuz they were plain..to me and didn't really stand out. THIS IS FASHIONISTA NEWZ!

HAPPYYYYYY NEWWW YEARRRRR Fashionistas!!!

2014 is going to be the most wonderful year ever where dreams comes true and miracles happen. How do I know? Simple, because I BELIEVE!

Currently, in some part of the world there are snow storms and very cold weather. In South Florida, we have cool temps so now serious need to pull out winter wool coats. So while some of you are snowed in or are already cozy under your comforters, let me warm your hearts with my top picks of concealers!

Why concealers? Well, sometimes if your foundations isn't placed thick enough, it doesn't mask the dark post acne marks and a concealer, which is close to your complexion, goes in and..well..conceals or hides or cover up. Then when you layer on your foundation, boy oh boy you have a FLAWLESS presentation.

CLINIQUE line smoothing concealer $16.50 US
I have no complaints with this as you won't even know I'm wearing it and the price isn't bad at all. I bought this last year and still have a lot left. I don't use it often but when I do, you only need a smidge of it!

CLINIQUE Even better concealer $19.50US
This is also another great concealer from Clinique as it not onluy conceals but works to correct any blemishes or discolourations on your face. So for those with acne prone skin I highly recommend this. Clinique is truly dermatologist tested and I can testify to their great products! Plus this is under $20 bucks..c'mon..that's great for department store brand!

MAC Studio Fix concealer $18.00 US
Mac is just magnificent....I've seen make-up artists use this and for sure you can't tell anything was concealed. I've seen huge pimples masked and un-shaped eyebrows come out perfect. Plus it's SPF 35 which means you can wear this without a foundations as it conceals and blocks UV rays! Good job MAC! Also under $20 bucks.

ESTEE LAUDER Double wear concealer $22.00 US

Another great concealer that wouldn't budge and it has SPF 10. Even though that's a low coverage, make sure to apply a good SPF moisturizer of 30 and above before applying this low number SPF.

CONCEALERS I'VE HEARD GREAT REVIEWS ON:

Bobbi Brown- I've gotta try this

Sacha Cosmetics- This is widely used in the Caribbean and is one of the brands for Miss Universe pageants

Too Faced- their line of products are quite on point

Lancome Waterproof- it's $30.00US but Lancome has always proved worthy of such a price

There are more brands out their but the ones I've listed have a track record for exceptional performance. So it's 2014 gals....BE DIFFERENT THIS YR! 4get the past and develop who you aspire to be!
