What a Speckled Idea!- Spring Mani 2013

Fashionistas!!!!

Hope all is well with you all this MAY 2013! So flipping through my fav mag, guess what I saw...a type of mani that is not challenging at all. Im not a nail art person per se but most times I see something I'll like to try. I remeber trying the caviar mani and oh my...many bottles of caviar beads later..I do not like as I thought I would.

Now this idea..I love..tres simple. It clled the SPECKLED EFFECT.

This mani might be expensive at the salon sooooo I propose a DIY..all u need are the following:

GLITTER POLISH

PASTEL COLOURED POLISH

It's that simple and of course I'll be posting my results on my facebook page...SUPER EXCITEDDDD!

Ok gals!

Spring will soon be heading into summer. As a matter of fact, for those who live in countries with seasons, you can feel the heat approaching...well at least in Florida..it's becoming hotter than usual! 

 Sooo to accommodate for the upcoming heat, designers have been taking a cut here and there on regular pants suits to create SHORTS PANTS SUITS! I absolutely LOVE this idea and here's a quick note: 

 DIY TIP- If the short pants suits ur seeing are a bit on the pricey side, just create ur own by buying a blazer and tailored shorts of the same colour and rocking as if they were bought together!!!

Get Mellow with YELLOW!!- Spring 2013

Happy May everyone!!!! We're in May already and I truly cannot believe how the time is flying.

So browsing thru my May 2013 Cosmo mag, other than Black & White...Yellow is also heating up the runway..pun intended.

In case you may not know, Yellow is such a warm and inviting colour and represents Optimism and Cheerfulness...hence a lot of people love outdoors when the sun is shining in its glory.

TIP:
Also on a rainy day try wearing a bright colour like yellow and see how it changes the your atmosphere from gloomy to happy!!
