This season brings back the 1920 pieces which like Pochantas with a touch of Cowgirl together...the FRINGE! Yes those dangly pieces of material hanging from shoes, clothing and accessories has made its way on the runway this 2012. When worn gives you a 1920's 'flapper' type look but yet can be hawt when paired with heels. So it's up to you to indulge in this but not a bad style.
