Fashion Trends pt. 2 - Springs 2018

Halo Fashionistas!

As I continue the 2nd installment of Fashion Trends, I really love these pieces that are out for Spring and they are definitely fun and spring-like  in terms of the cut and colours. So what else is out for the Spring season you may ask? Well see below for a taste:

RUFFLES
This gathering of material is so fun and flirty whether it's a one shoulder top, skirt or romper, it is a great piece to accentuate your body. Ruffles aren't new to the fashion scene so you may have had some ruffled pieces somewhere in your closet or you can check out online or in store such as asos, forever 21, gojane, target, macys etc.

ICY BLUE
This colour is a great transition from icy winter into pastel Spring. ofcourse I know this colour by other names such as baby blue, powder blue or pastel blue. However there's a reason why 1 colour may have various names...it's because there is a slight difference in how of the colour there is. I presume  "icy" blue may mean more white mixed in with baby blue lol. Anyways, Wear this colour by itself, pair it with other colours or just accessorize with it.

Fashion Trend- Spring 2018

Spring is approaching and I love that some styles has resurfaced and even showcased away from their  usual season of wear. Amongst the many styles, I love these 2- the feathers and the sequins.

FEATHERING
This isn't new to the style portfolio. I love the fact that it has expanded to clothing and accessories. I love also that it comes in different colours and mix well with any pattern of cloth whether plain colours or prints. I would suggest that clothing with feathered trims are to be washed on the gentle cycle or dry cleaned.

SEQUINCING

Sequins are not just for the Christmas holidays or new year's! The glitz has extended to the Spring season in various colours and sizes. Sparkle with an all in one romper or break it up with plain colours. You can be sequinced in clothing, accessories and shoes. BRING ON THE SHINE!
